Redwood Technologies refurbished the audio at Bread Street Kitchen, Atlantis, The Palm, Dubai, UAE, working with PRG Gearhouse. The system uses Tannoy loudspeakers and Lab.Gruppen amplification.

The work
Mirroring the lively warehouse style of Gordon Ramsay’s Bread Street Kitchen in London, the Dubai edition is at Atlantis, The Palm. It serves a British European menu, with Friday brunch and live busker performances.
Redwood was approached to work alongside live event company PRG Gearhouse on the refurbishment of the venue. The work used a combination of existing and newly sourced hardware, on a tight timeframe and to high interior standards.
Products on the project include Tannoy and Lab.Gruppen.
